FAQ

What age is Lebenswert Stage 2 for?

Lebenswert Stage 2 formula is designed for babies who are six months or older. At this stage, babies have started to develop their digestive system and are ready for the next phase of their nutritional needs. Lebenswert Stage 2 provides a smooth transition from Stage 1 formula and a balanced composition of nutrients to support the growth and development of your little one. It is carefully formulated to cater to the changing nutritional requirements of older infants, helping to support their healthy development.

Why are follon-on formulas recommended at six months old?

Follow-on formulas at this age are recommended due to the increased iron content.

How do I know if formula isn’t agreeing with my baby?

When a baby is transitioning to a new formula, it is essential to observe how the baby reacts to it. If you notice digestive issues like frequent spit–ups, excessive gas, bloating, or irregular bowel movements, then consult your pediatrician. Additional signs that the formula may not agree with your child are unusual crying, skin problems, or changes in appetite or sleep patterns.

Does stage 2 formula fill my baby up more?

Many follow-on formulas, including Lebenswert stage 2, contain casein protein which does take longer to digest since it forms a thicker curd making babies feel fuller for a longer period of time.
