Our website reserves the right to review or audit a customer based on their ordering patterns at any time.  If Our website observes that the frequency and volume of an account’s orders indicate that it may be a reseller we will have the right to withhold or remove any points accumulated through our Rewards program.

Our website may offer promotional discounts from time to time. Any promotional offers are only valid as expressly communicated in the  Formula promotional offer details and for the products listed. Offers cannot be combined with any other baby Formula discount codes. One baby Formula order per household per discount.

 Pricing

Prices on our website are subject to change without advance notice. Local taxes are applicable based on the state to which the product will be shipped. Additional surcharges may be applied from Mommy Formula for expedited delivery.

 Terms

We accept all major bank transfers. We also accept payment through PayPal. Charges, including any applicable taxes and shipping, will be applied to the credit card at the time the order is placed with Our website

Shipping

Mommy Formula orders are shipped using (USPS, FedEx, UPS). All orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. The expedited shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping destination. Changes to shipping can be managed within the checkout section of Our website. Orders can be shipped to locations within the 50 United States of America.

Rewards Program

The Rewards Program is intended for individual customers.  Customers that order with the intent to resell is not eligible for Rewards points.

 Returns

Due to safety issues and to keep the integrity of our products intact, Mommy Formula is not able to accept returns on baby formula products.

Exchanges

Requests for an exchange of product purchased through Our website must be made by contacting the  support team via email. One exchange of equal or lesser value per customer is allowed for one opened products. We care about our customers and want you to be satisfied with the service you receive, as such, each request will be taken on a case by case basis. Please have your order number and the product batch number on hand. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges to receive the new product from Our website.
