Why Choose HiPP Comfort?
As a parent, seeing your baby in pain can be stressful. Colic, constipation, and other gastrointestinal (GI) problems can be common issues that babies face. HiPP Comfort milk formula is a specialized baby formula that relieves colic, constipation, and other gastrointestinal problems. It contains milk protein, prebiotics, and probiotics to help with digestion, as well as Galacto-oligosaccharide, which passes into the colon undigested and helps promote the development of good bacteria in the digestive system. But what makes HiPP Comfort stand out from other formulas on the market? Keep reading to find out more!
How Comfort Formula Improves Different Conditions
The following is how Comfort formula improves different conditions:
Colic
Colic is a common problem among babies that causes pain, gas, and fussiness throughout the day. HiPP Comfort formula contains prebiotics that help reduce colic symptoms by improving digestion. This allows babies to take in more nutrients from their food while reducing their discomfort at mealtime.
Constipation
Constipation is another common issue for young babies that can be painful and uncomfortable until it passes. HiPP Comfort has both prebiotics and probiotics to help alleviate constipation issues. It promotes regular bowel movements with softer stools that are easier to pass.
Gastrointestinal Problems
HiPP Comfort also includes galacto-oligosaccharides, which pass through the digestive system undigested. They are then broken down by beneficial bacteria in the colon into short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs). These SCFAs help increase bowel mass. This in turn leads to improved digestion in general and better absorption of nutrients for overall health benefits

What’s the Difference Between HiPP Comfort & HiPP Anti-Reflux?
HiPp Anti-Reflux (AR) formula is designed for babies who suffer from gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). This formula has an added thickening agent that helps keep stomach contents down where they belong. The reason is to ensure these contents don’t reflux back into the esophagus, causing discomfort or pain.
HiPP Comfort does not contain this thickening agent but instead relies on its unique blend of ingredients such as:
- Prebiotic fibers
- Probiotic cultures
- Galacto-oligosaccharides
These provide relief from colic, constipation, and other problems. While both types of formulas offer different benefits depending on your baby’s needs, you should consult with your doctor before deciding what kind would be best suited for them
