HiPP has outdone themselves again by introducing goat milk formula stage 2 to their line of organic formulas for supporting infant health. Moms everywhere love goat milk as an alternative to cow or soy as it is much easier to digest on little tummies. HiPP Dutch Stage 2 Goat Formula is for babies with extra sensitive nutritional needs and even resembles breast milk more closely than cows. Goat milk contains A2 beta-casein that is lower in saturated fat content than traditional formulas such as cow’s milk. HiPP Stage 2 Follow-Up is an ideal source of vitamin A and D. And like other HiPP formulas, it is also packed full of Omega 3’s which support proper brain and eye development. This follow-up formula exceeds EU standards and continues to win over mom’s and health experts alike. Containing nearly 6x the amount of prebiotics than in standard formulas, this is a great boost to the digestive and immune system.

HiPP formulas follow strict guidelines of the European Union, much more rigorous than the United States. Follow-up formula is made for babies 6-12 months and contains a healthy blend of vitamins to support your little one’s growth. Safe and non-toxic, HiPP Goat Dutch Formula is free of GMO’s and sourced from one of HiPP’S 6,000 organic farms. Parents can feel at peace knowing their baby will receive formula that contains no corn syrup, gluten, or other preservatives. Goat milk is lower in cholesterol, lactose, and saturated fat. Loved by parents all across Europe, HiPP’s goat milk formula is a game changer for babies with extra digestive needs.

This blend of Stage 2 Follow-Up formula is ideal for babies 6-12 months. Stage 2 follow-up formula is designed pretty similar to Stage 1 infant formula, except that there are slightly higher levels of iron and vitamin D. Stage 2 is designed for babies above the age of 6+ months to start the process of weaning off formula. Gentle proteins are easy to digest and perfect for young tummies. HiPP Dutch Goat Formula Stage 2 is great for supplementing breastfeeding and nutritionally complete to substitute breast milk.

FAQ :

When should my baby start using stage 2 HiPP formula?

HiPP stage 2 formula is made to be ideal for babies aged six months and over. This makes it the perfect complement to HiPP stage 1, which is designed for babies up to six months of age.

What is the difference between stage 1 and stage 2 HiPP formula?

HiPP stage 2 is a follow-on formula which is only appropriate for babies aged six months or over. It has higher levels of fat and carbohydrates, meaning more calories to support the higher energy demands of a growing and increasingly active baby.

There are also some small differences in terms of vitamin and mineral content, to support your baby’s changing needs.

Is it necessary to switch to stage 2 formula?

It isn’t strictly necessary to change to a stage 2 formula, and it is possible to continue using stage 1 formula for your baby alongside a balanced diet.

However, the nutritional profiles do differ somewhat between the two, meaning that making the switch can help ensure your baby continues to get everything they need as they grow.

Is goat milk formula okay for babies?

Goat’s milk-based formulas are safe for babies and can have a number of benefits. Goat’s milk is closer to breast milk than other options, and is naturally high in prebiotics and essential vitamins and minerals such as vitamins A and C, calcium, and magnesium.

It also contains different proteins and a lower level of lactose than cow’s milk, meaning that goat milk-based formulas can be easier for babies to digest. This can make them the perfect choice if your baby has a sensitive tummy.
